Windstorm is a privately owned investment and holding company located in the ancient town of Larnaca on the southern coast of Cyprus. Since incorporation in 2007 we have focused on investments in the pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods sectors across Europe. After a major acquisition in 2015 we became the top holding company of a multinational pharmaceutical group and coordinate the group-wide activities.

Gertjan Noordermeer
Group Chief Financial Officer moreA Graduate of the VU University of Amsterdam, Gertjan has nearly 30 years of experience working for international corporations in the finance area in which he has held CFO positions with increased responsibilities.
Before joining Windstorm, Gertjan has served as CFO of the Polpharma Group and previously as CFO of Teva Pharmaceuticals Europe where he has built extensive knowledge and expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. Previously he has held the position of CFO in AVEBE UA, being responsible for Finance, Tax, Treasury and ICT.
In the various positions Gertjan’s responsibilities included company development by organic growth and acquisitions, designing innovative growth plans, post-merger integrations, cost optimization plans and design/implementation of new finance organizational structures and systems.
Chris Christodoulou
Head Of Internal Audit CMIIA, CFE, MBA moreChris is a professional Chartered Internal Auditor with more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Internal Auditing, Management Accounting and Business Operations. Chris is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a BSc degree in Economic Sciences from Athens National University in Greece, a Masters of Accounting and Finance from Kingston University in London and an MBA from the University of Illinois in the US. Chris did hold high management positions in large multinational FMCG and Retail companies where he acted from the positions of Head Internal Audit and Chief Financial Officer.
Katarzyna Wasilewska
Group Head of Treasury MS Maths, MA Psychology, BSs Economy moreA graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics and the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at SWPS University in Poland. Kasia has nearly 20 years of experience in international capital groups in the treasury area leading a post-merger integrations, optimisation and centralisation of processes in international groups and implementation of tailor-made banking solutions.
Before joining Windstorm, Kasia has served as Head of Treasury in Polpharma Group in the Netherlands and Poland and also as CFO of the Digital Poland Foundation. Previously she has held the position of Financing Director of a global Group in the oil and gas sector (Global Fortune 500 company) being responsible for acquiring and managing multi-billion credit exposures, relations with banks and rating agencies as well as for optimising liquidity management within the group.
Tasos Zacharia
Group Head of Tax BSc Accounting and Finance, ACCA moreTasos is a seasoned business professional with more than 20 years of international experience gained in the UK, working for large multinational groups in the areas of tax, finance, customs and compliance.
Throughout his career, Tasos held various senior management positions in large multinational groups. He led international multi-disciplinary teams and successfully completed various high-profile projects. His international working experience has equipped him well to deal effectively with complex tax issues.
Before joining Windstorm, Tasos served as a UK Director of a global manufacturing group. He previously worked in various international groups operating in engineering, technology as well as the oil and gas sectors.
Marios Aristotelous
Group Head of Finance & Consolidation ACA moreMarios is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in Assurance services and the Pharmaceutical industry, with a demonstrated history of working in a Big 4 environment in both the UK and Cyprus.
Marios has collaborated with global listed companies to deliver complex engagements and assist in defining their future strategies. He has led multinational teams and managed pivotal group reporting engagements.
Marios has extensive knowledge and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Group Finance and Treasury management, restructuring and consolidations. Additionally, Marios has served as a trainer and brand ambassador at various conferences, both domestically and internationally.

Christina Antoniou

Christina is a professional accountant with several years of audit experience in a Big Four firm in Cyprus and has extensive experience as an audit assistant manager, being in charge for both local and international statutory and group reporting engagements across a varied set of industries such as investment holding, retail and distribution and pharmaceutical.
Christina studied Accounting and Finance in the University of Cyprus and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as well as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Christina has a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with expertise in group reporting and consolidation processes.
Savvas Avraam

Savvas is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a Master in Business Administration.
Constantinos Constantinides
In-house Legal Counsel LLB (Hons) Law, BSc (Hons) Computer Science moreConstantinos has degrees in both Law and Computer Science. Upon completion of his law degree he joined one of Cyprus’ largest law firms where he advised international clients with assets spanning the energy, real estate, logistics, retail, media and hotel industries. He is well versed in the day-to-day management of the legal affairs of Cyprus companies, partnerships and trusts. Through his 9-year career, Constantinos has gained substantial expertise in managing and conducting cross-border financing and acquisition transactions, is experienced in drafting of all manner of agreements and commercial documents and has consulted on commercial, corporate restructurings, joint venture and contract law related matters.
Constantinos is currently involved in all legal matters of the group and its investments and also serves as the company secretary.
