Windstorm is a privately owned investment and holding company located in the ancient town of Larnaca on the southern coast of Cyprus. Since incorporation in 2007 we have focused on investments in the pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods sectors across Europe. After a major acquisition in 2015 we became the top holding company of a multinational pharmaceutical group and coordinate the group-wide activities.

He started his career as a management consultant in Canada at IBM Global Business Services, before moving to Cyprus to join PwC’s strategy and risk advisory team. He subsequently joined the Resolute Asset Management Group in 2014, initially as Country Head in Cyprus with a focus on scaling up regional operations, subsequently assuming the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for the Group, with oversight across 12 countries in Europe and the Middle East.
Alexis holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia.
Marios Aristotelous

He has collaborated extensively with global listed companies, delivering complex, cross-border engagements and assisting in defining their future strategies and navigating the challenges they face.

Head of Group Internal Audit & ERM moreChris is a professional Chartered Internal Auditor with more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Internal Auditing, Management Accounting and Business Operations. Chris is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a BSc degree in Economic Sciences from Athens National University in Greece, a Masters of Accounting and Finance from Kingston University in London and an MBA from the University of Illinois in the US. Chris did hold high management positions in large multinational FMCG and Retail companies where he acted from the positions of Head Internal Audit and Chief Financial Officer.
Katarzyna Wasilewska
Group Head of Treasury MS Maths, MA Psychology, BSs Economy moreA graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics and the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at SWPS University in Poland. Kasia has nearly 20 years of experience in international capital groups in the treasury area leading a post-merger integrations, optimisation and centralisation of processes in international groups and implementation of tailor-made banking solutions.
Before joining Windstorm, Kasia has served as Head of Treasury in Polpharma Group in the Netherlands and Poland and also as CFO of the Digital Poland Foundation. Previously she has held the position of Financing Director of a global Group in the oil and gas sector (Global Fortune 500 company) being responsible for acquiring and managing multi-billion credit exposures, relations with banks and rating agencies as well as for optimising liquidity management within the group.

Tasos Zacharia

Christina Antoniou

Christina is a professional accountant with several years of audit experience in a Big Four firm in Cyprus and has extensive experience as an audit assistant manager, being in charge for both local and international statutory and group reporting engagements across a varied set of industries such as investment holding, retail and distribution and pharmaceutical.
Christina studied Accounting and Finance in the University of Cyprus and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as well as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Upon completion of his law degree he joined one of Cyprus’ largest law firms where he advised international clients with assets spanning the energy, real estate, logistics, retail, media and hotel industries. He is well versed in the day-to-day management of the legal affairs of Cyprus companies, partnerships and trusts. Through his 9-year career, Constantinos has gained substantial expertise in managing and conducting cross-border financing and acquisition transactions, is experienced in drafting of all manner of agreements and commercial documents and has consulted on commercial, corporate restructurings, joint venture and contract law related matters.
Constantinos is currently involved in all legal matters of the group and its investments and also serves as the company secretary.
